The Scarborough Shrine Club was formed in 1974, by Ill. Sir Don McCron, Past Potentate and twelve other Nobles. The purpose of the Club is to serve the community of Scarborough and to have a Shrine Club meeting near the homes of Scarborough Shriners. Our meetings are held at Watts Restaurant, Eglinton Square, the SECOND MONDAY of the month with the exception of July and August. Our October meeting is held on the second Tuesday, as the Thanksgiving Holiday falls on our regular meeting day.
Every year, so far, we have sold Christmas Cakes, held a Golf Tournament, Garage Sales, and many other events to raise money for the Hospitals and the Club. We sponsor House League teams in the Wexford Soccer Association, both Indoor and Outdoor. Over the years we have help many individuals in their hour of need. Besides the work, we have held picnics, bowling nights, Presidents Ball, Ladies Night, and many other events in which our Ladies participate.
Come on out and enjoy a dinner and meeting in the friendship of the Scarborough Shriners.
